Terms and Conditions for Tenerife Retreats

Thank you for choosing Tenerife Retreats for your retreat experience. We look forward to hosting you and providing an unforgettable and transformative experience. Please read our Terms and Conditions carefully before booking your retreat. By making a reservation or submitting a payment, you agree to the following terms:


1. Booking and Payment

  • Reservation Process: To reserve your spot, you must complete the booking form and submit the required deposit.
  • Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total retreat cost is required to confirm your booking. This deposit is due within 30 days of your reservation.
  • Full Payment: The remaining balance is due no later than 30 days before the retreat start date.
  • Accepted Payment Methods: Payments can be made via, bank transfer, PayPal, Revolut.


2. Cancellation Policy


  • Deposit: The 30% deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances, including cancellation or no-show.


  • Cancellation by Guest:
  • If you cancel more than 30 days before the retreat, you will receive a refund of the total paid amount minus the 30% deposit. If you cancel 30 days or fewer before the retreat, the full amount paid is non-refundable..
  • Cancellation by Tenerife Retreats: In the unlikely event that Tenerife Retreats must cancel the retreat due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund, including the deposit.

3. Retreat Changes or Modifications

  • Retreat Changes: Tenerife Retreats reserves the right to change the location, schedule, or content of the retreat if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be informed promptly, and your reservation will remain valid.
  • Participant Substitutions: If you are unable to attend and wish to transfer your place to another person, this may be allowed with prior approval. 

4. Health and Safety

  • Health Requirements: Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically and mentally fit to attend the retreat. If you have any medical conditions, allergies, or require special accommodations, please inform us at the time of booking.
  • Medical Emergencies: In case of a medical emergency during the retreat, we will take reasonable measures to ensure your safety and well-being. However, we do not assume responsibility for any personal injuries, accidents, or health-related issues that may arise during the retreat.

5. Liability Waiver

  • By participating in the retreat, you acknowledge that you do so at your own risk. Tenerife Retreats and its staff are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the retreat. You agree to waive any liability claims against Tenerife Retreats and its representatives.

6. Accommodation and Meals

  • Accommodation: Retreat accommodations are subject to availability. We will provide details of your accommodation upon booking confirmation.
  • Meals: Meals included in the retreat package are specified on the retreat webpage. Special dietary requirements must be communicated to us at least 30 days before the retreat.

7. Conduct and Behaviour

  • Participants are expected to behave in a respectful manner toward other guests and staff. Any disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful behavior may result in the participant being asked to leave the retreat without a refund.

8. Privacy and Confidentiality

  • We respect your privacy. Personal information provided during the booking process will be kept confidential and will only be used for retreat-related purposes. Please see our Privacy Policy for further details.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All materials, content, and resources shared during the retreat are the intellectual property of Tenerife Retreats. These may not be copied, reproduced, or shared without explicit permission.

10. Force Majeure

  • Tenerife Retreats will not be held liable for any failure to perform or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or other unforeseen events.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to resolution through mediation.
